Customer Engineer - Windows 10 Project (Full time)
Job Duties
- Provide IT technical PC support to migrate user PC and its data from Windows 7 to Windows 10 and replace hard disk
- Provide IT technical PC support to upgrade MacBook operating system
- Provide on-site PC troubleshooting, software installation and carry out PC deployment, collection, disposal and data backup
- Coordinate with users for the migrate/upgrade schedule
Qualification and Experience
- F5/HKDSE or above with minimum one-year relevant IT working experience
- Familiar with Lenovo desktop/notebook hardware for hard disk replacement and BIOS configuration
- Familiar with Microsoft Office, Windows 7 and 10 operating systems and Symantec end-point protection software
- Knowledge in IT, in particular, experience in Mac OSX and common software support in desktop/notebook computer an advantage
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Multi-tasking, willing to learn, proactive, and able to work independently and under pressure to handle IT problems
